I feel guilty for leaving that “sad Christmas” entry up there for so long!  In actuality we were fortunate that Dad and Grandma did not come down with the virus as badly as Mom.  We did visit Christmas weekend, and although there were some interesting moments, both health-wise and emotionally, it went well for the most part.
